The new engine gets 1.2 Liter 3 cylinder turbo petrol with over boost function. Produces 130 horsepower 230 Nm to 250 Nm of torque mated with 6 speed manual transmission.

Mahindra claims XUV300 TurboSport can achieve 0 to 60 kph in 5 seconds The new T-GDi (Gasoline Direct Injection) fuel system enhances engine performance and mileage as well. Produces 20 horsepower and 30Nm more torque than the one engine which is on sale. New XUV 300 TurboSport engine is equipped with a mild hybrid start stop system which delivers a fuel economy of 18.2kmpl.

The new XUV300 TurboSport got some cosmetic changes in the exterior which adds up a sporty look. New gloss black grill with red inserts, black ORVMs and new 4 colors viz. Monotone bronze is a new color option in the line-up, dual tone bronze with black roof, dual tone black with white roof adds a unique look. In Interior, An all black theme with chrome finished pedals gives a sporty feel.

Top variant W8(O) has electric sunroof, projector headlamps, LED DRL, 16 inch alloy wheels, dual zone climate control AC, 7 inch infotainment touchscreen, auto headlamps, wipers, leatherette upholstery. In terms of safety features 6 airbags, front-rear parking sensors, all four disc brakes and ESP with hill start assist.

XUV 300 TurboSport is available in three variants. Price starts from Rs. 10.35 Lakh for W6 variant. Goes up to Rs. 11.80 Lakh for W8 variant to Rs. 12.90 Lakh for W8(O) ex-showroom. W6 comes in a monotone color option. Whereas W8 and W8(O) come in dualtone color options. The difference between dual and monotones color options is Rs. 20,000 only.
